The Refuge by the Property Rights Network

The Refuge is compiled by the Property Rights Network, a nonpartisan statewide organization established to protect and advance property rights in Michigan, and is affiliated with the Mackinac Center for Public Policy, a nonprofit, nonpartisan research and educational institute. Formerly a stand-alone publication, The Refuge is now distributed as part of Michigan Capitol Confidential. Recipients include property rights activists, reporters, state lawmakers and legislative policy staff.
